This signature evening will offer guests a first look at Five Independent Souls: The Signers from New Jersey, a landmark exhibition that reflects on the lives, legacies, and enduring impact of the state’s five signers of the Declaration of Independence.
The evening will be graciously hosted by Annis and Richard Stockton of Morven’s founding family (presented by American Historical Theatre), whose enduring legacy of leadership lies at the heart of the history we celebrate.
We are honored that former Governor Thomas Kean will join us for this special evening, underscoring both the importance of the exhibition and this significant milestone year.
THANK YOU TO OUR EVENT CHAIRS

Following the unveiling, guests are invited under the garden tent for an evening of dining inspired by New Jersey’s agricultural heritage. Locally sourced cuisine will be served alongside a curated bar featuring Unionville Vineyards’ Revolutionary Red & Victory White, underscored by live music throughout the evening.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity during this historic commemorative year to support Morven’s mission to bring illuminating exhibitions to life, provide enriching educational programs, and preserve this treasured National Historic Landmark.
Individual and corporate sponsors will enjoy meaningful visibility and alignment with Morven’s pivotal role in interpreting our nation’s founding during an unforgettable evening that sets the tone for a year of reflection, inspiration, and national remembrance.
