Discovering Princeton at Morven Walking Tour

Explore Princeton's Mercer Hill neighborhood and the Stockton family's fascinating history on this springtime walk led by the authors of Discovering Princeton: A Photographic Guide with Five Walking Tours. This 90-minute tour will highlight the Stocktons' profound influence on both the town and its institutions for over two centuries

The tour will begin and end at Morven. Free parking is available in Morven’s parking lot (located at 55 Stockton Street, Princeton, NJ). Your ticket includes access to visit the museum (open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) the day of the tour, featuring the museum’s newest exhibition, Morven Revealed: Untold Stories from New Jersey’s Most Historic Home

Space is limited to 25 participants so act fast to reserve your spot. Please plan to wear comfortable shoes for walking and dress for the weather. The rain date for the tour is Sunday, June 2, 2024. 

About Your Guides: Wiebke Martens is a professional photographer with a focus on architectural photography. Jennifer Jang holds a doctorate in American Civilization from Brown University, and has designed educational programs for the Historical Society of Princeton and Morven Museum & Garden.
